Refund and Returns Policy

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased from our site up to 30 days from the day of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Defective Products
We will honor a 100% replacement on products purchased from our site. In order to process your replacement, we request you return the defective product to us for evaluation and quality control analysis. Please enclose a brief note stating what defect is present and how we may best remedy the situation for you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
